About STS

Simplicity Training Solutions was founded in late 2024. Since then we have delivered training to and qualified over 180 people directly and through our network of partner organisations. 

STS was founded on the concept that formal accredited educational qualifications in the adult education and training sector is more effectively delivered to learners and that training is delivered in a concise, engaging, and timely way to avoid long, drawn-out sessions that often lead to learner disengagement, high dropout rates, and low qualification success. We believe it is a requirement for organisations to consider both employer expectations and the practical demands of the employee’s role when designing training and development.

With more than 30 years of joint experience, the STS team brings qualifications, experience and expertise making our programmes highly engaging, timely and cost-positive to any publicly or privately funded project creating a shared value for both learner and client. By combining our Planning, Engagement, Recruitment, Onboarding, Enrolment, Course/Materials Design, Training Delivery, Assessment, Coaching, Mentoring, Quality Assurance and Compliance services we endeavour to form an industry leading model for Training-as-a-Service (TaaS) that is fit for purpose and futureproof.

Using our Training-as-a-Service (TaaS) model can be advantageous when organisations are recruiting new employees as we can provide interview preparation, screening and pre-employment training. Our model can be dually utilised in promoting new skills, upskilling, training or developing your current employees.

Our services comprise elements of formal education, vocational & industry based training, professional and skills development, recruitment support including informal learning opportunities such as structured workshops and self-paced online courses.
